What is your return policy?

 

  • The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs and packing. Items should be packed to prevent damage during return delivery. 
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • Any defective items can be returned for an even exchange or a 100% refund, plus return shipping costs (within 1 year of purchase). 
  • Items that have a "rental policy" can be returned for a 100% refund within 1 year of purchase. The customer must pay return shipping costs. These items can be found on our Installation Tools page.
